MagicJack Plus Quick Review (No Computer required)

This is a quick review of the new MagicJack Plus which allows inexpensive VOIP calls over the internet without a computer.

Note that I am in no way associated with MagicJack or any of it's related companies.

Note that the problem I mention about making outgoing calls has been fixed, and it works great. I currently use it with a V-Tech DECT phone system.

what router can I use with MJ+...I have LINKSYS WRT54G which I bought in 2006....and the problem is that the MJ+ is not being recognized...pls respond:)

@sano0311 I once had one of those routers too. Hence the 'Once' as they suck. Personally I would go to the store like Walmart and buy a new Belkin or something like that. These days you can pick them up dirt cheap and it saves a lot of headaches.

do you have to have a telephone jack in the room,i dont,can i plug it directly into my wi fi router thanks:)

@pcimin6671 The MJP has it's own phone jack. Yes you can plug it directly into the router.

@10p6 I took your advice and it worked out without any problems. Magic Jack Plus works perfectly with Belkin N150. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

@10p6 I had bad luck with Belkin's but I would go Netgear or Linksys
