If you smoke a J and get caught even if its a misdemeanor charge ( I have went through it before decrim' in MASS) You get no help from the gov't at all, you are treated like a rappist! For using a non lethal drug, But go buy cough syrup and dxm trip all you want!

It's shameful that the basic liberty of peaceful people is subject to the shifting whims of democracy. Eventually the irrational and close-minded old conservatives will die off, allowing logic and liberty to make a resurgence. One can only hope.

It amazes me that after hearing all the facts that we have know for decades about why keeping cannabis illegal is a stupid and harmful thing that its taking so damn long to make a decision to make it legal.
