One you didnt have to involve the notation of the car bumper, because im sure a leash tied around a childs neck would hurt just the same when pulled on. @jess216560421 If you tied a leash to me and drug me by the bumper of your car, it would not be funny in any way... unless it was recorded, sped up slightly and played back to Benny Hill. I don't think many people here really think child abuse itself is funny, but there are some things in life that you need to laugh at or you'll scream instead.
