Eric, I've heard that you can also dry the fruit in the oven at 170 degrees with the oven door open a little so the moisture can escape.When you have lots of fruit your dehydrator gets crowded- it's an option.

@ToFierce2handle have never tried that. you can freeze blueberries easily on a cookie sheet.
