Redington used to have higher falls, but a flash flood in June 82 killed 7 or so kids, and they dynamited the falls. One simply drives east, to Redington pass

every time i go the water is pooled but not flowing. i tried to go chill there at night last summer and i almost stepped directly on a rattlesnake at the start of the reddinton trailhead. i couldn't see anything, but i sure heard it under me. haha i ran like a little girl back to my jeep and never came back. i live in riverside, california so it's kind of a trek back. GOOD JUMPS BTW!!
Is the rope ladder permanently there?
Or did you guys bring that?

If we tried we would hit bottom, but if you were smart you could go off the big stuff without touching. The water was ice cold though cause it was the remaining snow melt from the catalinas, but now I know where I'm going in August.

Word, we went yesterday, I put up a weak video. Was this during the monsoon? Looks like a shitload of water. Where is Maligrosa?

Yea dude it was during monsoon season, sooo much water. Were you hitting bottom when you were jumping yesterday? And Milagrosa is north of Redington, but its hard to get to because theres no real parking for it so you kinda have to know someone who lives back there to park and find the trail head. Its nice but Redington has better jumps.
