Fully understanding the nuances of building a syntax search can be a daunting task. But you don't need to build queries for commonly searched structures. You can use a Query Form. These allow you to "fill in the blank" in either English or the language of the analyzed text (Greek or Hebrew) and do a syntax search. Find where "Peter" is the subject, or "see" is the translation of the verb.
