A few clips from my upcoming documentary on travel between the stars - which will include animation and interviews. You can keep up with the project at: http://documentaryfilmmaking.blogspot.com/
Miguel Alcubierre's Warp Bubble calculatons have been conceded as a loophole around the Einsteinian light barrier. THomas Townsend Brown's capacitor based propulsion sysem, and or John Searl's famous SEG, Searl Effect Generator, which produces stupendous Voltage and conversion of Zero-Point Energy when its superconducting and overloaded are prime candidates for Earth-human based Warp Druive. THe entire universe is now open to humans from THIS Earth. Work is being done NOW to make that happen...
oh yes, warp space with gravity and destroy half the universe while your at it, warp yourself, and im not joking. what do they think they are in, a huge TV set? and i pay these guys to think this crap up, try and create a condensate effect and slip through the fabric of space rather than blow it up, Oxbridge space race..get the boat out.
question anyone whats this 0.3 to .1c? as stated without particles being exotic and such i never seen that term b4 i use simple terms that i can understand. warp 1 AU/yr and such and the other as used in EVE ONLINE with out a stargate jump ships are set in m/s meters / sec and then AU/Sec so what is it that you mean and 6 yrs stil to the nearest star is great better than 40 yrs so lets go. forget the cash issue lets start making them.
I've found that the exact solution to Einstein's field equations for electromagnetic radiation yeilds a warp drive solution that moves at the speed of light. No energy condition violations. No negative energy. No exotic matter at all. Just ordinary electromagnetic radiation. You generate a pulse behind the ship and ride it at speeds up to the speed of light as it passes over.
@phoenixaltar if you were going to go to the nearest star to earth, Alpha Centuri, which is about 4 lightyears away it would take you about 6 years to get there with nuclear pulse engine lol .1 c is not that fast at all lol
@096848741 No because the starship is too small for that to happen. And the Warp bubble will only be big enough to surround the ship. Of course you could watch Star Trek to see how it's done lol :P Besides, in order for an object to be destroyed or displaced by a warp bubble, that object MUST BE in the vicinity of where the bubble would be created. I think.

Thank God people in the UK are still interested in space.

Ah soon I will be flying a Brutix around the far reaches of space and bashing peoples' faces in with 7 neutron blasters.

we can use interstellar arks, the orion nuclear pulse concept could go from .03 to .1 c
