This is a video on how to lubricate the brake and shift cables of road bikes and mountain bikes. In the process, it also shows how to use Finish Line Extreme Fluoro as a cable lube. The video consists of three parts, including a part about cables and how they work, a part on how to cut, trim, and cap them, and a part on how to lube them. It does not contain information about how to size them, stretch them, or attach them to one's bike. However, it does include references to websites that cover those subjects in more detail, and offer further instruction. For more repair tips, go to www.finishlineusa.com and www.maintainthatride.blogspot.com. A version of this video with a printable guide can be found at www.howcast.com/users/caeasura.
