BLUE TONGUE CARE SHEET: http://bluetongueskinks.net/care.htm

Ping's first whole fuzzy mouse. In the past he has been a diva and refused to eat it unless it was chopped up. He followed up this appetizer by eating a whole plate of butternut squash, kale, and mushroom.

  • I know its a very very very old video. But i hope you can help me anyways.

I really wanna get a Blue tongue skink. But not just any! I want the same ssp as Ping is.

So Do you know what subspecie he is? Tiliqua ____________?

  • @hera0evlyn123 Tiliqua Scincoides Intermedia :]

  • How did u kill the mouse its a nice way not to see the mouse suffering and squealing?!?!

  • @mrneondragon You can order them pre-killed. The company I got them from says they do it with carbon dioxide and that they lose consciousness immediately without suffering.

  • @2LiveCrewRemix , i have a question: what species of blue tongue would you consider the best for a beginner reptile person? i want to get one sooo badly! plz answer back, thanks!

  • @CashSmeller Northerns like Ping and Irian Jayas are both good pets and are readily available as CBB babies. In fact right now is a good time to get one because it's baby season! I have added a link to a care sheet to the description of this video so you can read all about their care requirements. I can send you references for breeders so msg me if you want links to their sites.

  • @kovam1812 calling B.S. on that one. I have a tegu that only eats thawed rats. He is a MANIAC.

  • haha great nick names bet he feels proud XD

  • @mrneondragon its nice to not have the mouse suffer. but if u dont feed ur lizard life feedings on occasions, it can cause them to become lazy and unmotivated.

  • @2LiveCrewRemix Oh kool that nicer than feeding them live ;)

  • @mrneondragon These mice are bred to die. Not just found. bred and killed/frozen.

  • think ur neighbours were having sex :L
