This is N880SF otherwise known as Life Flight 2 (LF2). It is operated by OSF Aviation, and is used mainly by OSF Life Flight (Peoria, IL). However, it can be utilized by our sister program OSF LifeLine (Rockford, IL) when their aircraft (N840SF, aka LL1 or LF4) is down for maintenance.

oh yeah we will land them anywhere we can lol.....We had one land in an Att parking lot for a river accident. We had them land on an off ramp on I80 before and even a bridge for another river/canyon accident......I absolutley love OSF peoria Life flight
