At 1:25 you say "the details are a topic for another video". Where can I find this video? Cause I'm not willing to accept this fundamental principle on blind faith. Maybe I shouldn't worry about this, but it pisses me off how so many people blindly accept something just because a bunch of physicists claim it to be true. This concept of a non deterministic universe is so unbelievably counter intuitive and that I need to see and understand the PROOF for it myself.

While this has probably already been pointed out, I don't see it in the comments, so I would like to point out that this video ignores possibly valid, deterministic explanations of quantum mechanics, such as the pilot wave theory.

Still, I think accepting fundamental things like this as "fact", is dangerous.

I did google it. I haven't been able to find it though. Yes there are plenty of papers written about it, but none of them explain why "hidden variables are impossible". They simply claim that it is, because it fits the math.

Of course you should worry about 'that', but if that pisses you off, you will spend your whole life pissed off. The reason being probably 99% of what you believe and do in your every day life are based on something nobody has ever been able to prove and most likely never will.

Basically you have a decision to make, you either accept the reality you are in and believe what makes the most "sense" to you wether you can prove/understand it or not "for yourself", or become mental in the process.
