Issued in Canada April 1980 on Virgin / Dindisc 1111.

This group was made up of friends from Thornhill, Ontario: Mark Gane (guitar, synthesizer), his brother Tim Gane (drums), with David Millar, Martha Ladly and Carl Finkle, joined on keyboards and lead vocals by Martha Johnson (ex-Doncasters).

Their first indie single won them a contract with Virgin, and they were whisked away to make "Metro Music" in The Manor studios near Oxford, England, with Mike Howlett producing. "Echo Beach" was their first major label single and first hit. The group toured England extensively in 1979 and 1980 on its strength, playing live on TV and radio, and the record won a Juno award back at home.

In Canada, their record entered the RPM 100 on April 26, 1980 and spent two weeks at #5 in August.
