This is actually one of the rare clips where he is absolutely dead-on. Hillary did not demonstrate, at ALL, that she had logic in her position, and she let O'Reilly make a number of shaky statements without challenging them, making them seem like fact. She did absolutely horribly in this clip.

I think Cenk's being too hard on Hilary. She's saying she wouldn't torture and the fact that it doesn't work is a valid argument against it. Plus, if she's in an interview with Bill O'rielly telling them that it's immoral or illegal won't sway them, they don't care about that.

Hilary was such a weak candidate, her reasoning for not using torture is that it doesn't work...so if you find a torture technique that does work you'd use it?

Like Cenk says, shes soft, even to the point she won't give the real reason for the objection to waterboarding - its against international law, its against US law and its immoral.

O'Rielly doesn't seem to know that statistics show that torture does not produce quality results. Once you decide that you are going to be the kind of a nation that is going to torture, once that decision is made, then we lose something as a people and will have to live with that forever. The way that Bush has gone about the war has made the terrorists even more dangerous today.
