Ahhhhh. One of the greatest guitar jammin tunes ever. Another is Green Grass and High Tides forever and this song give s a shout out to it.

When Skynyrd dis-banded for a decade following the 1977 plane crash There was a void there for a couple of years.Long Years.Molly Hatchet was like a breath of fresh air when they came out in 1979.They were the real deal kick-ass Southern rock band for most of The 80s.

one awesome very fan dedicated band , seen them in ohhhhh like 86 ish at the rosemont (horizon) out side in the beer garden for the carnival show , their bus broke down just out side of indy 2/1/2 hours late in the pouring down rain ,sparks flying they all were getting shocked by the equipment and they played one hell of a show for us die heads who came for a free show !

When MOLLY HATCHET made it big in the late 70's to mid 80's, i thaught they were
a Heavy Rocikin' Group.RONNIE VAN ZANT and guys in HATCHET were very good
friends.RVZ was to produce the 1st Album by M H before his tragic passing on the
night of 10-20-77.I think M H verson of Free Bird is verycool and the kick start for
LYNYRD SKYNYRD coming back for their '87-'88 TRIBUTE TOUR to now. Peace.
