One Leg Squats
Ankle Mobility
Close Grip Bench
Tbar Rows
Incline Bench
Pull-ups
Shrugs
DB Curls

    The first exercise for ankle mobility how often do you do this?Before your leg workouts?Or everyday?Also got any info on mobility for the entire body?Thanks guys

  • You can hit the ankle mobility anytime you can fit it in, during upper, lower and even during conditioning sessions. The most important thing is to just do it.

    Magnificent Mobility from Cressey and Robertson is probably the most popular reference for total body mobility.

    I know of the dvd looks the business,i like bill hartman and mike they are good trainers!However cash is tight at the moment maybe in a few months when i finish college!
