Ordinarily during the holidays, we labor over menu, timing and décor. These days, were saddled with concerns about how were going to afford it all. As food prices climb, entertaining during the holidays can become even more overwhelming.

Have no fear. Chef Aarón Sánchez co-star of Food Networks exciting new series, Chefs vs. City, owner and executive chef of restaurants Paladar and Centrico, and son of celebrated Mexican cooking authority Zarela Martinez is here with help from Walmart. He has tips for making an extra-special holiday meal for 8 people for as low as $30, or entertaining 10 people on New Years Eve for as low as $40.

If you dont believe its possible, Aarón will show you how to make a great meal and host a fabulous holiday party and stay on budget while still making your guests feel special. In interviews on December 18, 2009, Aaron will be available to show your viewers how to make a spectacular spread for the holidays.

Aarón Sánchez will be able to present either a holiday or New Years Eve recipe, based on your needs.

About Aarón Sánchez: Aaron Sanchez is co-star of Food Networks exciting new series, Chefs vs. City, and is owner and executive chef of restaurants Paladar and Centrico, both located in New York City. The son of celebrated Mexican cooking authority Zarela Martinez, Aaróns passion, commitment and skills have placed him among the countrys leading contemporary Latin Chefs. Aarón began his career with the Food Network as co-host of Melting Pot, where he introduced a national audience to his technique and creativity with contemporary interpretations of classic Latino cuisine. Today Aarón also appears on Food Network shows including: Chopped, Best Thing I Ever Ate, Next Iron Chef, and more.
