MSI (Magnetic Source Imaging) is a non-invasive technique used to map brain function by measuring magnetic signals that are given off by neuronal firing.

It is used to create individual brain maps for individuals undergoing neurosurgery and has only recently been approved by the FDA for clinical use.

This video explains a little bit about what you can expect from your upcoming Magnetic Source Imaging study at United Hospital with the Minnesota Epilepsy Group, P.A. For more information on MSI or the MSI Center, please visit http://magneticsourceimaging.net
