I had high hopes for the Prodigy v3.1, but due to faulty machining and crappy, non-existent customer service, the Prodigy (at least mine) was total FAIL and I'm not the only one who had problems!
The threads sucked from day one and the thing never fit right, requiring a ton of fiddling with washers and center-screws every time I wanted to switch attys.
The atomizers never had design flaws, it was flaws in the Prodigy itself that made me an outspoken critic of anything manufactured by PureSmoker.

Flitz you are one of the few reviewers i can watch from beginning to end , without getting bored or annoyed. i really need to try out the Prodigy someday.

Xlrup, "I'm not the only one" who has a prodigy V3 that works perfectly. It's a mechanical design, there really isn't anything that can't work. You'd need to be more specific about "why" yours doesn't work.
As for customer service, did you submit a ticket through the website? If not, then it's doubtful you'd get helped.
