I could remember being 22 years old drinking a hot coffee and eating a doughnut at the dougnot shop close to Chrismas. I had it all, a good job, was the best shape in my life but had no girl. My once girlfriend of four years was out of the picture and it was difficult to get back to the dating routine. I remember looking out that doughnut shop questioning my future.
