if you sit too high on drums,your back will tell how bad can be!a little low is best,for the way the legs works and for your back (i tried it all!).all of those super fast and "blastbeat"drummers with a lot of trigger stuff,are actually loosing power because they try to play as fast and precise as possible,so they have to ease on the power.how they deal with it?triggers.dave lombardo uses no triggers,this been said by kerry king.you can hear it on records or gigs.makes jordison look like a fool!
