"How much is it without the anesthetic?" I will be ordering the DVD with my next paycheck. I've always wondered, what is the name of the song that is played on radio and in this TV episode after the announcer introduces the show? Thanks for posting this and for keeping the Bickersons legacy alive! Phil created two of radio's most enduring characters in John and Blanche!

@CarloQuinto I agree. I have heard that Frances was nothing like the character of Blanche Bickerson. She really was very pretty and had a very nice personality in real life.

About a year ago we decided to listen to the radio shows from long ago. Thanks to satelite radio we can listen to the Bickersons regularly. I am not old enough to ever remember seeing them on tv. I am grateful that you have found them and thanks for sharing.
