Breville Dual Boiler Latte

Making a ~16oz latte on the Breville BES900XL. (~2oz of espresso and ~12oz of milk.)
OPV adjusted to 9-10 bar but need to reprogram the double shot button.

@HansMolemanTheFirst That was out of the box. As far as I know they have corrected the spacing and the shims are no longer needed.

You went through the trouble of steaming the milk and pulling a shot but you didn't show the pour...BOOO!

@ehgz1 Sorry, the camera was on a tripod and I couldn't really get the pour in the shot without holding up both the cup and the pitcher. I'll make another video once I get the programmed buttons totally dialed in.

@ehgz1 I love it, my only disappointment is that I would really like to be able to program a custom dose amount. The 1 and 2 shot settings are "fixed" and then you can adjust the amount plus or minus 5,10,15,20,or 25% with the adjustment knob. It's not a big deal but it's annoying having to hit cancel to keep it from overflowing. As far as the actual grind fineness and consistency goes, it's outstanding.

That looked tasty! Question on the Smart Grinder, was that grind just the machine right out of the box? Or did you have to do the shim update? I just ordered one a few days ago and am waiting for it to come in so I can test it as well.
