This song is from the "Migraine Blues - Musical CME Headache Program". A song about cluster headache, its characteristics, devastating pain, and misdiagnosis. The title reflects the fact that tragically the average time to diagnose is five years! Dr. Sheftell chose a rock and roll 50's format for the song to reflect the frenetic pace of cluster attacks.
This program was accredited for CME and won an ACCME award for innovation in medical education. It was reviewed favorably in the the journals Headache, JAMA and Cephalalgia.
RIP Dr Sheftell

Hello Dr. Fred,
I am so happy to hear you are involved so much with CH and OUCH. I am on the Board with OUCH. Something I have been using is a product called Monavie. It's the Acai berry from braxil and it has done wonders for my CHs. Do you plan on going to the convention in Atlanta?

You are my hero. I've been Episodic for the past 12/13 years (about 18 years old) and right now I am starting roughly my 70th Cycle as of today. Rock on Dr. Fred

You got that right my friend...I"m lucky. I was episodic, only had a few attacks mostly on plane descents after a drink...nopne for 20 years..thank lthe Lord...But I've devoted my life to the treatment of headache. I know how devastating they are both personally and professionally..Prayers are with you and from a fellow musician thanks for the compliment..
