I returned an item to 4UCam and never received a refund. I've called them and emailed them many times with no response. Unreliable company.

still have problems with this unit!! NO bluetooth in this truck!! Im highly disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!

I have same truck! So I bought so I can mount in same spot! BUT the screan keeps turning on and off in reverse!! Im so disapointed!!! Seems a bit junky! I dont like how theres no# or even address on the box or in guide! NO TECH SUPPORT?

where does the screen get its power from, any drilling needed? I guess the camera is powered by the reverse light.

Minimal tools. Used an electrical connector that required a pair of pliers and a screw driver for mounting the camera to the license plate bolts.
