this is excellent! is the kpr77 analog? Its sounds sound like the kind of thing that would benefit from some (tasteful) extra knobs for modded decay/tune/freq/etc
-
Bloody marvellous!! i want acid for breakfast, dinner and tea lol
-
@Jeeroj true, but it's not a problem :) unless you try to play patterns that where created in the original resolution :)
-
Oh god, I want this setup.
You're gonna make me poor.
-
So goood. Thanks
-
@Jeeroj it's true that the kpr has 48ppq, but you can program it in 32th mode to compensate

sweet sounds there!
quick couple of questions, how did you sync the two machines up?
and what reverb are you using?
keep it acid!

@Jeeroj the x0x has (beside MIDI) DIN Sync IN and OUT, so I've used the x0x as master. the KPR has also Din Sync and can be master or slave. the reverb is a build-in effect in an old Behringer mixer :)
unfortunately the sound was destroyed after uploading :-/

@hartig1967 I was told the korg had a different sync rate to the standard roland sync (48ppq vs 24 ppq) which would make it play either twice as fast or half speed depending on which one is the master. Have you encountered this problem?

@Jeeroj
no, I've just plugged together and it has worked fine for me :)
