Um. The cat isn't being shaken, unless you think this man also has control over the walls, his own outlines, and the kid he isn't touching. The shaking is the video. All he's doing with the cat is holding it and moving it around in the air. The cat is just annoyed because he interrupted its important business to do something it considers stupid. He isn't hurting or scaring it.
