We took on the hardest game in the Contra (Probotector) series and recorded a 2-player no-death run on a REAL SEGA MEGADRIVE. The path we took is the longest one in the game (the lab, fight path). Enjoy!

This video was recorded using a Dazzle DVC90.

Contra is always - one hit dead, isn't it? In comparison to other contra games, Neo Contra is not that hard, 'cause you can roll out of the way and got a spin move to dodge enemy bullets.

Oh yeah, it is. In my opinion it's much harder than hard corps. Anyway, all Contra's, Castlevania, Megaman, Ghost n Goblins or Gradius are hard, next to impossible for the kids today.

  • @TronPachioftheDynamo yeah and the fact that they Fucked up the Bosses in that game by Making them Seriously easy and Increadibly Silly Although hilarious. its stages were fun and the game it self was entertaining. but it was more Rediculous then hopping off missiles in the contra 3. i mean in 1 of the stages your running on top of the helecopter. oh yeah when i mean on top of the helecopter. i mean Really running on its top. Just watch that cutscene and you will go 0__O

  • @arandomguy9 Oh I meant Contra 4 for me was possibly my 2nd hardest. I beat normal mode on my second play. I got to the Harvest Yard on my first and was defeated. I didn't like Neo too much. I prefer sidescrolling Contra the most. I don't like the top down and back views.

  • @TronPachioftheDynamo thats why i said it was the 2nd hardest because Contra 4 Was and IS the hardest. i have seen a game called Neo Contra. its 3rd pearson overview but hard. 1 hit and your dead but you can use diffrent weapons and tricks to dodge and block bullets.but It was Really good even though it wasnt like the old Contra game it still had it mechanic's but improved. so basicly It was really good. it was on ps2 you should check a Lets play of it. all contra are good!

  • @TronPachioftheDynamo This game was meant to be Extremely Hard for new players. it was meant to be entertaining. it had Very long lastability and ALOT of replayability. when i could i allways played this game in 2 player and it was FUN!!! it was hard for me when i played it because even if you knew how to play the game it still took you time to learn the control's most of the bosses in this game Except for the bad ending final boss were kinda Normal if not easy continue...

  • @arandomguy9 For me Contra 4 and this are. Contra 4's stages were brutal but, the bosses even on hard mode were as easy as 3D Zelda games. Hard Corps was just predictable (honestly, when a boss counts down from five and charges up, it's obvious he's about to do something hard to avoid) and readable. Not to mention there was a lot of space between enemy attacks.

  • @TronPachioftheDynamo I would say This is the 2nd hardest :)

  • @thatsnoglitch How so? You get only 6 lives the entire game. close to no recovery time. Trial and error bosses (fuck that fish). And no spreader! DX
