There is no "battle" nvidia's cards are ridiculous, they use way too much power and run way too hot, unless You plan on water cooling the nvidia cards are not for You . . .

I am suspecting that the card may be more efficient space heater than my Holmes brand heater.  hmm

(just wish that it was more efficient with Boinc and newer Windows...)
