http://thebarunion.com these clips are in order of how i did them, so the latter sets are more burning out. It was a quick 30 minute workout using drop sets, weighted, supersets, static holds,unilateral progressions. used every muscle in the body with focus on upper body. Im not looking to be compared to anyone but myself. Im just uploading my progress and to show people one style of high intensity workout. I took 2- 3 minute rests between sets. Just enough to let heart rate come down and focus on what i was going to try next. You can help support The Bar Union and these vids by purchasing Barology 101 dvd from the website. Hopefully these vids can motivate and inspire you to become your best. I would have never thought five years ago that I'd be doing these exercises at 40. 7 years ago I could only do 5 pullups and was completeley deconditioned.   • @Coops931 thanks bro, i was trying to hold it straight out to the side and also holding my mp3 player. i was real sloppy by that point. jus burning out. plus im not good at one arms to begin with

  • Barology 101 is the best bodyweight DVD out there. It covers all basic bodyweight exs. from beginner to advanced. I'm close to getting my first muscle up thanks to Kalostenos and X Calibar. Get this DVD set. You'll be glad you did, and you'll never go to a gym again.
