@StormBlade406 ya me 2... But in my school my don't have ranks and my teacher teaches the stuff not depending on the level od difficulty, but on the fluidity, flow and coolness :-)

@StormBlade406 try doing a cartwheel as fast as you can. Really drive your legs up and pull them down after they reached the middle.

Now do the same with one hand.

Then the other hand

And now add the push from your legs, similar to a jump. keep in mind that your leg should be fully outstretched before taking off.

And now try without hands.

Once you understood the motion it's easy.

Just keep in mind that it's a move that goes UP not forwards !! Use all your power for take off !

@888167 ok, i dont even know how to do an au sem mao yet. It is a pretty difficult move( my opinion). No matter which way you use it.

@StormBlade406 I know that. but this is neither a kick not a nice au sem mao.

The reason is the same thing I said before. he swings the legs like an au sem mao but his body more like a butterfly kick.

I don't really care what he wants to achieve with this trick/kick, but as a matter of fact it looks WAY better using the right movement.

moves are okay expect the au sem mao.. try to do it more like an au and not like a b kick
