  • @1878EFC2008 Yes you own them in fact. That's why you're called United Kingdom.

  • Wow... Amazing hypocrisy, he has a go at Obama for insulting Britain, then insults both the Congo and France explicitly.

  • You work for Rupert Murdoch Glenn Beck, almost 100% of people from the UK would agree that everyone who works for Rupert Murdoch are scum, there's been periods where practically whole cities used to burn The Sun in the street.

  • in all fairness, the foreign office of the reagan administration wanted to support argentina against us during the falklands war so as to firm up alliances with south america. Thatcher put an end to that. But the falklands were populated by brits long before any argentinian claim was laid to them. And the french settled there before us lol

  • @florhh14

They have rights becuase they are near? Hahahahahahhaa.

Ireland is 'near' to the UK. Should we own them?

  • @YouAreAnIdiotSoThere Yes... explain?

  • @jerseyslothy91 Argentina has rights over the islands. I think it's obvious, they are very near. But sadly they are a 3rd world country that no one listens. The only big problem is people. They wanna remain british, and i think that's the only excuse you can use to have the islands. You should have a talk, to see what both countries can do, respecting settlers, of course. It would be a good example to the rest of the world.

  • BP was not responsible for the oil spill.

Or rather they accepted responsibility. There is a difference.

  • @florhh14 What would this dialogue achieve? It is already peaceful, if Argentina would just accept the islands wish to remain British, Fernandez is the one allowing the issue to escalate, she is encouraging the idea of reclaiming sovereignty to the islands. Do you think if Britain opened discussions and afterwards the islands were still British the Argentine people would be appeassed by Fernandez's attempts?
