  • haha the car may not be the best and yes people in tracksuits should be in the vid butttt i love the way the video is made. its really good for the age of the video. and personally i'm a jap fan boy but you gotta admit a c20xe in a nova is pretty impressive sometimes

  • The nova is a decent little motor. But unfortunately it was adopted by the 'chav modified car crowd'. Id rather drive a standard Nova like this than some desperate attempt to look like you are cool in a modified car. Lets face it the money some of these Lonsdale boys spend on modifying a nova they could probably buy a brand new corsa.

  • Exellent little car, built for the masses & everyone remembers them! Top little hot hatch, used to have the Turbo diesel, 50+ mpg & a very quick, great engine shame about the tin worm.

  • the original model is the Opel Corsa that was originally built in Spain (that's where I live), exactly in the factory located in Zaragoza province. This model has been made to sell worldwide and logically has to change his name depending on the geographical location. For example, Vauxhall Nova in the UK (since 2nd generation, Vauxhall Corsa). The Spanish slogan was something like: "Ingeniería alemana a tu alcance" (German engineering at your reach), and it's true at all, don't you think so?

  • great little cars

  • Layla is in this adv, again! (:

  • Yer Aw full eh s@ite ave seen plenty standard novas and old volvos ARE rotten a have ti weld them every week in ma garage as well as fords

  • Once Driven Forever Smitten - too true :)

  • My apologies, but Volvos are one of very few cars from the 80s that didnt rot. My Nova doesnt have a 'redtop' in nor do I have any intention of fitting one. Mine when built will be used only for competing in road rallies and other club level motorsport. As said before when set up well with a good driver they are one hell of a weapon...take the blinkers off

  • @8valvenova ermmm..volvos didnt rot?

  • You cannot find an unmodified vauxhall nova, not even if you googled it as all of them are either dead in the scrapyards or being attacked by those stupid morons who think that putting a 'redtop' 2.0 engine in it, they instantly have a 'car' that is worth bragging about. haha the car is a shell, so if you take out the original engine and put a chavalier engine or vectra engine in its place, it sure as hell isn't a nova anymore. So don't be bragging at how your nova can 'smoke' larger cars...

  • What's good about a chavved up Corsa? I just says of a young person "I'am a buerk!"

  • @trigga1uk nope just a straight 4 inch exhaust pipe it was what you'd call a sleeper
