How to reset a samsung behold 2 (FORGOT PASSWORD)

Have you forgot password and cant master reset your phone no worries just follow these simple steps and enjoy:

NOTE: BEFORE YOU START THIS REMOVE SIM CARD AND MEMORY CARD BEFORE RESET STEPS ARE FOLLOWED JUST FOR GOT TO SAY IN THE VIDEO


Step 1: Turn your phone off

Step 2: press and hold down volume and hold call button and End button

if done right you will see a Reset mode pop on your display screen

step 3: This picture with icon over a phone pops just Press "MENU"

and wait for your phone to boot and then enjoy

It won't work for Samsung GT-S5560. I get a green screen and then nothing happens after that. I tried it just by pressing increase volume button and I got a phone icon that looks locked with an arrow pointing down to a square in the middle of the phone icon. I also tried it with the volume down button + the call & end call buttons and got a screen saying "download" and it froze. Nothing happens. So I just keep on taking the batteries out and back in to reboot and get rid of the frozen screen.

When I turn my behold 2 on it makes the noise, but then it wont play my ringtone, message tone, or music. Plus, when someone calls we cant hear each other..any idea of what it is?
