Elizabeth and Jack are madly in love. Jack has died, and Elizabeth cannot stop thinking about Jack. She keeps remembering all the times that they shared together, and how she tried to get him to love her. She cries all the time.
Jack knows what she is going through. He is a spirit and he is trying to "fix" Elizabeth.
Elizabeth knows that jack is trying to help her , but she cannot live without him. She wants to be with him and so she takes her own life.
