Roasted Cornish Hens for Valentine's Day

Cook this meal for your loved one and I assure you it will become a Tasty Memory ;)

-Roasted Cornish Hens-

Two cornish hens
3-4 tbs soften butter
1 tsp herb de provence
S&P
White truffle oil
lemons
2 small white onions
4-6 garlic cloves
carrots

-Creamy Cheesy Polenta-

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups corn meal
Pinch of tumeric
Salt
1 tbs butter
1 tbs cream cheese
Freshly grated pecorino cheese

-Green beans-
olive oil
half small red onion (or shallots)
S&P
White balsamic vinegar
dried cranberries
toasted walnuts
