  • one more thing. why not atg on the front squats? that would help on stone a lot more right? but i do understand max effort and overloading the muscles so i guess i get it.

    i just got home from lifting

    i went up to 530 once on deadlift and 350x3 on front squat today

    im curious on how much your doing now since this video was taken nearly 1 year ago

  • good lifts honestly I think you could do much more on your front squat considering what your deadlift is!!!! but good lift none the less!

  • Look at your spotter, thats the depth you should hit.
