i just got home from lifting
i went up to 530 once on deadlift and 350x3 on front squat today
im curious on how much your doing now since this video was taken nearly 1 year ago

good lifts honestly I think you could do much more on your front squat considering what your deadlift is!!!! but good lift none the less!

one more thing. why not atg on the front squats? that would help on stone a lot more right? but i do understand max effort and overloading the muscles so i guess i get it.

i tried to go all the way down but the knee sleeves may have restricted depth.
