People who make fun of others without hands, should have their own hands tied behind their back for a day. And try to go through the day without using their hands, so they can understand how hard it is and that it's no laughing matter. It would also be fun to have a competition, so the bully can look stupid and the 'foot expert' gets the last laugh. Also, if they attempted to get themselves untied before the time limit is up. Their punishment would be an extra day with their hands tied.
