@sgtmarkins Thank you Sarge. I'm so glad I was in the lane that I was in. I don't normally ride with my camera on. And I can't say that I've ever witnessed someone in an accident before either.

@L0udP1p35 That's two too many. I've had some close calls too. It makes me stay aware and look for dangers, as weird as that might sound. Please be careful and ride safe!!

When I ride a lot, I experience one or two close calls per week. Fortunately they're only close calls =/

@Verge513 Good guess. I don't think that his folks will let him take the car to school anytime soon. I talked to the officer and he took my info. I haven't heard back, but with all the witnesses I don't think they'll need it. It was one of those days where I should have turned around and gone home...everything was going wrong that day.

good vid capture of the accident - glad you weren't in it - hope the white SUV occupants are okay. I also love fried chicken. Good to see riding in the rain - so many run for cover - riding wet CAN be fun, depends on where I need/want to be.

@dadickin Thank you dadicin for the comments. Everyone was ok, just shaken a bit. The rain kinda showed up suddenly just to add to my day. i don't mind riding in the rain as long as it's not too bad. It worries me that people don't see me even on the sunniest of days. Please be careful! :)
