  • Wish the saw had a t0 n fro movement.

  • I would surmise it's no more damaging than when a person grabs it , pulls it off the tree and drops it in a basket. It's not like people are soft and gentle when working the fields. Robots at least can be programmed to be soft and gentle...all the time. And they don't need breaks. lol.

  • Will the suction from the robot damage the fruit? The vacuum has to be powerful enough to not drop the fruit but so strong that it damages the fruit. Perhaps, a hand would be better for grasping the fruit.

    How is the fruit deposited into crates? If the robot drops the fruit it could cause damage.
