If something like this was going on in my neighborhood, the pimps would be featured on "Unsolved Mysteries". Mysteries like, where did this man's testicles disappear to? How did he shoot himself 41 times with his own revolver? How did he burn his own house down when his head was in the kitchen and his body was in the living room? Local law enforcement would be mystified, and it would become a cold case. Ice cold.

@alnewberry Doubtful. I've seen too many shysters with a slide show and a hat to pass around. They ask for money to "help put an end to this savagery". They're short on answers and verifiable proof when you start probing. The reality is, if someone knew this was going on in their neighborhood, they would get a few friends, a few shotguns and a lot of buckshot and take care of business. And no jury on earth would convict.
