Here's after we poured the cement in the key way, then we had at least 6 times as much rebar put in. I've never seen such a huge amount of rebar and this is just for the retaining walls and garage port.
@Jontrent1 The Verts would go up super fast with template hor and a tie to template board, dont even tie the tales. Id think within 10 hours me and another guy could get it whipped and 10 hours is a stretch. thats my two cents.
@Jontrent1 yea Ive been tying bar for 5 years in pacific northwest for local 14 (never at vit plant thank god) and we have a minimum of 2 ton a man also. Theres really no weight, im assuming its 4s or 5s maybe 3 bar on the caps its hard to see. The longest part would be cutting to fit or if the bar was pre cut and bundled to fit in the small area of graduation.
yeah bro, this is pretty small stuff. is that a garage slab??! not really tons of steel like you say, i would say 1.4 tons or so. in my company we have a 2 ton per day per guy minimal standard we go by.
ive been an ironworker in so cal for almost 30 years and i can see theres a bunch of little crap in this footing so skateboarder how long would it take you to do it stud?
Hey, i dont care what you folks say...thats a LOT of rebar lol
