@MIKON8ERISBACK They are good for things like sets, and stunts in movies and whatnot, because they are cheap. I was explaining how by them tearing this thing down it's not taking a home away from anyone. I am sure this could have been used on a set, blown up, or had a monster truck drive through it. Any way they do it that trailer was not suitable to live in and someone made money be recycling it in some form.

@themaxeatsfood Trailer Park Boys director Mike Clattenburg used "write off" mobile homes on the set. They were contaminated with everything from piss to mold. What was their value? Mike Clattenburg was very weary of making the popular mockumentary (pseudo reality) TV series look expensive. One Man's Trash is Another Man's Treasure, seriously.

@CrystalAinWV I've torn plenty of these things apart and they are worth between nothing and zero dollars. The are usually completely unfit to live in and possibly contaminated from a meth lab. The trailer frame, roof and sometimes the siding are worth $500-$1000 in scrap depending on the trailer. Think of it as a totaled car.
