I'm a PEG producer on the south side. This service is useful to me because I can take a look at what other communities are doing and measure and improve my product and art form. But I can see how this service is difficult and useless to most residents. What does an average resident of a south suburban community care about whats going on in a far north or west suburb and vice versa? I can't tell you how many resident I have walked thru this process on the phone.

A salesman just insisted to me that there is no problem watching PEG channels with AT&T U-VERSE. I am going to file a complaint with the local CITIZENS UTILITY BOARD, to tell them that they should make AT&T sales people stop this.

As a public access tv producer i think that it is time for a change. TV is for the public and the public should have some control of at least one or two channels. I think if we all just did not pay "TV" bills for 2 months this might make them think.
