Nature videos from Lake Lanier in Georgia... an absolutely gorgeous place.
Shot with a Canon HF100. Edited in Sony Vegas and color graded in Magic Bullet Looks.
Would have been better if I didn't forget my tripod!! I had to shoot everything with a steady hand.

A couple of things I did:
1. I shot in Cine mode to allow for the most dynamic range thats possible from this camera.
2. I did a lot of post work... I lit portions of scenes that were dark in the footage. A decent amount of detail was preserved because of shooting in cine mode. I also darkened the slightly overexposed areas.

How do you get such good quality with this camera? i have the same one and i use imovie 09 and cant get nearly this good of quality.
