Vindaloo means in Portuguese "Vinho d'alhos" meaning wine and garlic,but when there's no wine vinegar was used...

Dn't kno if any1 hz watchd the entire series of this. Just few minutes b4 this clip which this clip doesn't show. Gary Rhodes was xtremely rude 2da Indian Chef who was mo than polite to Gary. Gary abuptly said "Im still speaking ok" or something or rather..He wantd to show whoz da boss !! Yes Gary is famous blah blah.... But he had no rights to talk down at the Chef. If u go 2 someone elses country respect the ppl there, be polite learn from them Gary! Uv bn bossy in lot of yo shows nowadays!

I think new potatoes are better to use, as they have a firmer texture. Suprised they put vinegar in it, never knew that. I'm hungry now.
