I'm going to try this method! I've always seen the flame held horizontally and the wire held into the flame at a right angle. Mine never come out evenly round or they have huge craters in them. I'm very hopeful that this will work better. Thanks!

@Tiny Mushroom - It's just a nozzle I picked up at my local Bunnings (big hardware store) - I'm afraid I can't remember which size I used in this video, sorry!

@Superfudge - it's pretty much this, but you do it at both ends, and then bend and hammer round your mandrel :)
