They Faded Out Before I Could Get The Camera Ready. On This Video You Will Hear WMGE Fading Out And WHOM Fading In. The Song Playing On WHOM At The End Of The E-Skip Was Sugar Ray - Someday Which I Thought Was Kind Of Freaky. 1515+ Mile E-Skip

  • how the hell do you get radio signal from a station in florida in Massachusetts?

  • @DAKRUPAINATER I don't know exactly how it works but when the weather is just right you can receive stations from far away. The furthest station I have ever recieved was from Kansas!

  • Why the commercial FM transmitting antennas have four elements on top of each other in the form of arrows and he seems to be adjusted? very good video

  • @rodriampuero I have no clue. I'm glad you liked the video! :-)

  • I wish the Spanish would fade back to Alternative here in Baltimore/DC!!!

Thanks Chris, nice DXing. I thought for years I was a little insane for being so interested in distant stations ,had no idea there were others into it or even a name for it.

  • @evolve991 Thanks!

  • I live in middle Georgia and i once picked up a station on 92.3 FM from Montana called the Eagle.I think was in Kallisbell Mt.It was sometime in the late 1990's.Does any one from MT know which station ia talking about. Format was classic rock i think

  • @chrisradioanimal Well maybe so, but you did pick up on it when most others would of over looked it. Take it as a compliment. lol :) I really enjoyed your samples of when you dxed stations from the Atlantic Provinces including Newfoundland.

  • @mathiasvolta Most likely E-skip. I think it would be to far for tropo.

  • @traxonwax I didn't plan that at all lol. Thats the song that semi-local WHOM was playing at the time.

  • fantastic video. Love the sugar ray fade away part. You couldn't of timed that any better had you planned it yourself.
