LOL. Please tell me pig5689 who would have prepared an answer for this question. It's a good question, and I think the answer is because erectile dysfunction can be considered as a disease. And birth control pills... aren't medicine for a disease. But I have to say myself, I don't know enough to make an informed opinion about it.
