@zaiy yeah but i was wondering when the effects of the creatine would kick in. i know it'll take a few months to notice some muscle gain. but as far as being able to perform a few extra reps here and there because of the creatine is what i havnt seen yet

@garito36 prob 2-3 months...building muscle is a slow process man, and the creatine isnt going to build the muscle for you. a lot of exercise will (to a degree), creatine just gives you a little boost.

I've been taking 1 scoop of this every day for the past 3 weeks. which is 5 grams a day. and i havnt noticed any noticable gains so far. does anyone know how long it usually takes?? i figured at 5 grams everyday my muscles would be saturated by now
