@briansantiago11 no, expression crew got the idea from Sirkus and used it in their marionette performance in 2002, which jabba then stole a year later...

This can definitely be argued, but I believe that Demons of the Mind/Medea Sirkas were the revolution on how popping became. This was, no-question, the conquest of the whole strutting movement. I am very inspired by them, Poptart and the P-T 3000, and the Playboyz Inc. Crew in the strutting scene. This is part of popping (as an umbrella term).
